§ 14-312. Revisions to code.

The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1. Insert: City of Sylvan Lake.

Section 103.5. Insert: Fees shall be determined by a resolution of the City Council.

Section 602.3. Insert: The dates of September 30 to June 15 as the dates during which residential landlords who agree to furnish heat to occupants shall maintain room temperatures required by the Code.

Section 602.4. Insert: The dates of September 30 to June 15 as the period during which every enclosed occupied work space is to be maintained at the minimum temperatures established by the Code during all working hours.
