§ 14-246. Penalties.

Any person, firm, entity or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be fined, penalized and/or punished in accordance with the "offenses and penalties" as stated in MCL 125.1523, and in addition thereto shall be responsible for all costs related to the prosecution of said offense, including but not limited to witness fees and actual attorney fees.
