Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Building Code, in accordance with section
8b(6) of Act 230, of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended (MCL 125.1508b(6)), the Building
Official of the City of Sylvan Lake is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to
discharge responsibility of the City of Sylvan Lake under Act 230 of the Public Acts
of 1972, as amended, and as subsequently amended, State of Michigan. City of Sylvan
Lake assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of this act throughout
its corporate limits.
