§ 10-71. Dogs prohibited in park areas.

(a) Dogs are strictly prohibited and shall not be allowed in any of the following park areas:
(1)

Ferndale Park;

(2)

Community Center Park west of Pontiac Drive;

(3)

Lakeview Beach area; and

(4)

Memorial Park.

(b)

Any dog found in a prohibited area, shall subject the owner to a citation/violation of this section and/or immediate impoundment of the dog. Signs giving notice of these prohibitions shall be placed at reasonable intervals on the park property.
